Witness your thoughts
A thought or fear arises in your mind. Catch yourself before
reacting emotionally and being drawn off balance. Don't fight
the thought, just watch it calmly. Watch the thought pass from
the secure position of the witness of the thought. Stay in this
witnessing mode.
Remain as the witness and you will observe the
hypnotic power of thoughts and words. You will see how being
caught up in your thoughts in the past has possibly led to
needless pain and suffering. Attaching yourself to thoughts
makes them your master.
Detachment leads to ultimate freedom. The
choice is yours. Moment by moment.
