Timelessness

    A remarkable advantage of your continued ability to remain present moment based, is seemingly having more available time.

    As strange as it may sound, when the memory of past experiences and anticipation of future happenings are set aside in favor of remaining centered in this moment, remarkably it will seem as if you were in a timeless state.

    While remaining centered, you will find you accomplish more in less time without the burdensome preoccupation of a " to do list". Focusing on a list of this sort, while in itself harmless, often leads to being caught up in anticipations of what will happen if you don't get everything done or recalling what did happen the last time you didn't get everything done. The present moment, the place for the actual doing gets lost in this mind shuffle.

    Now I'm not suggesting you become irresponsible and do nothing! Just the opposite rather; remain completely focused on the doing, enjoy doing, don't worry, don't struggle and everything that needs to be done will be done. Just try it, you'll see. Don't be surprised if you even have extra time on your hands!
