Deep sleep

Our worldly experience is comprised of three states; waking, dreaming and deep sleep. When awake or dreaming one can witness that they are awake or dreaming. Where is the witness when in deep sleep? If someone watches you while you are in a state of deep sleep, they themselves are aware of the passage of time.

For you though there is only nothingness. There is "no - thing" in that state of deep sleep. No conscious witnessing of body or mind. Peaceful, perfect and undisturbed. Ponder how this may relate to the death of our body as a vehicle for consciousness.
