Energy spent holding back is now diverted into the flow and takes you along. Marvel at the flow of life. See with new eyes. The eyes of a newborn. Now. This moment...the next... the next. Do you see what you've been given? This constant gift. This present. All it asks of you is the answer only you have. Let the within touch the without and at the sharpest point of contact, there you are.

The opportunity for contact ever present. Touch the now. Then once more. And again. Never feeling precisely the same. Never being precisely the same person. What you've been given; gratefully accept. Waves. All is waves. Sound, light, matter, you.

Therefore move as a wave does. From its source it has its being and moves until it returns to its source to begin anew. There is no end. As it shall be with you.
